English translation: new HRB entry / HRB entry (new)

German term or phrase: IRB neu
This small phrase sits on a line by itself on the first page of a company's Articles of Incorporation documents.

The problem is that the left-hand side of the document is cut-off in random places. I was able to figure everything else out except this one line.

There could be an additional letter before the I. Any clues as to what this might be?
