IRB neu

English translation: new HRB entry / HRB entry (new)

Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Articles of Incorporation
German term or phrase: IRB neu
This small phrase sits on a line by itself on the first page of a company's Articles of Incorporation documents.

The problem is that the left-hand side of the document is cut-off in random places. I was able to figure everything else out except this one line.

There could be an additional letter before the I. Any clues as to what this might be?

Context:

"Number 15 der Urkundenrolle fur 2010

Amtsgericht XXXX
Handelsregister
xxxx Str. xx
XXXXX, XXXX

?IRB neu

Zur Eintragung in das Handelsregister uberreiche ich als alleinvertretungsberechtiger Geschaftsfuherer der..."

Firma xxxx

die Ausfertigung der Grundungsverhandlung vom..."

English translation:new HRB entry / HRB entry (new)
Explanation:
I suspect that this is not an I but one half of the letter H - so this would simply be "HRB neu" (the new HRB entry of the company/corporation). HRB stands for "Handelsregister, Abteilung B" - see http://www.justiz.nrw.de/BS/Gerichte/FGG/Einzelverfahren/Reg...
