I had a translation recently where this term was used for the position I have outlined/described. (The 'contxt' about "position of a PowerPoint presenter in an organisation" does not make sense to me).

agree  Thomas Pfann: Häufig auch auf deutsch „Compliance-Officer“ oder „Compliance-Beauftragter“ genannt. Mit dem „Standardbeauftragten“ kann eigentlich nur das gemeint sein.
