German term or phrase: auf die Häuser entfallen
From an article about the takeover of a chain of department stores by a company owning buildings in lots of city centres.

Uber den Preis, gut zwei Milliarden Euro, war man sich schon einig; zwei Drittel davon wären auf die Häuser entfallen.

I can't work out what "auf die Häuser entfallen" means - can anyone clarify if this is an idiomatic phrase and/or shed light on its meaning?

Thanks!

English translation:the retail premises ... accounting for
Explanation:
They had already agreed on a price of €2bn, with the retail premises on their own accounting for two-thirds of the total amount.

(i.e. the other one-third would be for intangible assets)
