German term or phrase: Als Angebot zu qualifizieren
This is a part of conditions of sale. I am not sure what is meant by 'Als Angebot zu qualifizieren'.

If the customer's order qualifies as an order pursuant to §145 Civil Code...

Explanation:
This statement is rather puzzling, however. §145 BGB only vaguely makes any reference to an offer and does not lay down any criteria.

qualifies as a (legally binding) offer (as defined by § 145 BGB)

Explanation:

If the customer's order qualifies as a contractual offer in accordance with §145 BGB [that is, if it does not explicitly exclude it from being legally binding], we can accept this (contractual offer) within 4 weeks.
