Durch eine 20 - 25 minütige Färbung mit Ethidiumbromid, EtBr
(2 mg l-1 in Aqua bidest.), in einem Schwenkbad, Polymax 1040 (Heidolph, Schwabach)
wurden Banden im Gel sichtbar gemacht. Das Gel wurde auf einem Lesegerät für Agarose-
Gele, Alpha Imager mit Computerprogramm, Alpha Ease, vers. 3.21 (Biozym, Hessisch-
Oldendorf) auf sichtbare Bandenmuster untersucht, fotografiert und ausgewertet (3.2.1.3).
