partial/complete image mode

Explanation:
Searches a targeted Windows Swap File or a file created from erased file space for patterns of BMP, GIF and JPG file images and it reconstructs partial or complete image files in one highly accurate operation. The accuracy of this process is dependant upon the degree of fragmentation involved, etc.

windowed / full-screen mode

Explanation:
I'm going to stick my neck out a bit and suggest that "Teilbildmodus" might refer to a mode in which number of application windows is open and visible on the screen (as opposed to having just one application window occupy the entire screen). I just searched my Microsoft glossaries which do not list "Teilbild" or "Teilbildmodus". Neither does Microsoft's Computer-Lexikon.
See if your context will support my suggestion.
