I assume this is the same as "Untergrund" in my previous question - would this be subfloor?

Das Plauener Unternehmen Parkett-Schulz erhielt den Auftrag, die gut 800 qm Eiche-Stabparkett abzuschleifen und neu zu versiegeln. Bei der
Überprüfung des Unterbodens wurde festgestellt, dass das Parkett mit Bitumenklebstoff verlegt worden war, der teilweise in den Fugen an die Oberfläche austrat.
