Die neue Produktion sollte im Jahr 2009 in Betrieb gehen. Auf Grund dessen ist es erforderlich, die Durchführung der Baumaßnahme entsprechend zeitnah erfolgen zu lassen.
Es ist geplant, die Leistungen im Rahmen eines Generalübernahmevertrags ausführen zu las-sen. Nachfolgend sind die einzelnen Leistungen beschrieben.

Ich habe nur general take-over agreement gefunden, aber die Übernahme im obigen Text bezieht sich ja nicht eigentlich auf einen "Take-over". Weiss jemand Bescheid?
