Explanation:
If this were a fixing into concrete it would be a pull-through failure. It is a failure of the thread/substrate interface without any splitting off of the substrate surface when you pull the screw out. See A5 of dissertation link below. It also contains a German summary.
In timber this form of failure appears to be called shank withdrawal. Possibly to distinguish it from head pull-through failure, which is more common with timber than concrete. See google book search link below #3.1.4.
