Evan, if you had given us "context", such as the document in which this appears, life would have been easier for everyone. It looks to me as if it comes from an invoice, or charges list, but reading between the lines is NOT context - and it can sometimes lead the asker into BIIIIG trouble when the answerer "MISreads" between the lines...When you've been enjoying this site (I hope!!) for a little longer, you'll see this plea repeated SOOOO often. Yes, "pump" hour is what came to mind it does seem to have to do with the rate of pumping.... I feel like in an English original there would be a "gallons/hour" accompanying it, so it must mean the hourly rate in the general sense. Thanks for the confirmation!
