Material

Mehrteilige Aluminiumkonstruktion. Dreidimensionale
Bewegungsaufnahme durch Gelenke und Teleskop-Gleitsysteme. Die feingerippte Oberfläche verhindert die Ausrutschgefahr. Bei der Montage sorgt der einschiebbare Stift für den Niveauausgleich sowie ein werkseits montierter, justierter Distanzhalter für das genaue Mittelmass.

Einbauempfehlung

Zum Ausgleich von Unebenheiten muss auf dem Rohbeton ein rund 100 mm breiter, druckfester Glattstrich
(Epoxiharzmörtel) aufgebracht werden, am idealsten gleichzeitig als Niveauausgleich für die endgültige
Oberkanten-Nivellierung des Profils.

Das Profil muss absolut vibrationsfrei aufliegen. Die
Befestigung erfolgt im Abstand von 250 mm beidseitig mit Verbundankern (M10) und muss absolut gradlinig verlaufen. Erst nach der Montage sind die Distanzhalter abzumontieren.
