I know what the "Einbaubedingungen" are, as well as the "Regelquerschnitt", but I can't seem to get around the sentence as a whole. Possibly "The installation conditions/situation should accompanied by a normal cross section"? Or "The installation conditions/situation should be specified with a normal cross section"?
