German term or phrase: Raumbuch
Not much context as is one term within a list. All I know is that it has something to do with construction and construction planning. A google search returned nothing, but I suspect it may be a kind of log book - can anyone help?

Thanks Poornima - I translated it as "room log" in the end - Your reference was unfortunately unreliable as it is a German source and in fact the term itself was actually in quotation marks - as if the author wasn't really sure him/herself what the right term was. Thanks anyway.

room specification

Explanation:
Lots of entries in altavista search :)

ledger

Explanation:
just a guess...but only if you think the book is used to keep financial records. Otherwise, it's probably a log book, just like everyone else says.

Hauptbuch is often translated as 'ledger'.
