Skirting board/Basedboard

Explanation:
For Sockelleiste see above,
Duebel = Dowel (would need more context)
Klemmprofil = Clamping profile (would need more context)
Gipskartonplatte = gypsum plaster board.

Sorry, haven't been able to find adequate transaltions for your other queries, would probably need more context. Found 'guard rail' for Schrammboard but I don't think this is correct in this context.
Viel Glück

Explanation:
Sounds to me like the objects under discussion are wallpaper or [wall-to-wall] carpeting. Bahn in this context would refer to the width of the carpet or wall paper.
I wonder if a term like "underlay" might work for Zwischendämmung - it sounds to me like an additional layer under the carpeting to absorb noise.
Also, the Duebel I know from growing up in Germany are bolts which require drilling into the [concrete] walls (or molly bolts for plaster walls).
I'm afraid this is not much help, but I wanted to add my two bits' worth...

If that is indeed what is being referred to it is called "pad(ding)" in US-English.
And "drywall" is what the builders here slap on top of the insulation.

Looks like you are going to have to do some raisin-picking here. Good luck.

baseboard, UCI carpet, dowel, rolls of wallpaper/carpet

Explanation:
Lichtschiene: light fixtur rail
Sockel: protrusion at the bottom of a wall, may be a baseboard or tiles going one height up the wall, Schrammboard (what a nice mixture of german and english...) protection board to avoid scratches, usually either at the bottom of the wall (scratches when cleaning the floor) or at corners. Bahnenabstand-I would suppose this is the width of the material, unless you leave a space to put something else or for thermal expansion under a joint, depends on context.
Klemmprofil: I'm not sure, could be some kind of mounting rail
Zwichendämmung: not sure, the idea is an intermediate insulation (heat or sound)
Vlies- un Rieselschutz: Hoe about protection fleece and percolation protection
