From a patent publication for a guidewire for medical purposes. (Again, apologies - this time for sending background PARTLY in English!!! All objections noted.)

"Diagram 6 shows the view of Diagram 5 with a corresponding, suitably-designed and inserted electrical plug 13. It shows, an external Kontaktzungenpaar des Steckers mit einem radial nach innen weisenden Rastnase...die vom verdickten proximalen Drahtkernendabschnitt... and dem Ringelement...gebildete *Rastschulter* und druckt federelastisch mittels einer jeweiligen Kontaktnase... gegen den Aussenumfang des proximalen Versteifungsrohrenabschnitts."

wenn es sich um eine Klemmvorrichtung handelt, würde ich es hiermit umschreiben.

in this patent (see below) it is called "engagement shoulder" (http://www.wipo.int/pctdb/en/wo.jsp?WO=1990/14700) concerning a lockable electric plug and socket.
