neutral  Ken Cox: In fairness to the asker, the meaning here appears to be different than with the previous Kudoz question (and the usage is perhaps questionable).\You're right, and my initial understanding was apparently wrong.

  -> I don't think it's different. To me it looks like jfwhiteley's specification sheet states the tolerance of said Ausmuschelungen at the rim of a panel.

from what I can gather, this is one of the minor flaws in the production of glass which are rated admissable. not sure about the english term (yet) I hope this sheds some light
