I generated absolutely no Google hits on this. This is the context. I have both a pdf version and a word version of the same file, and this is how the term is written.

Given the context, this indeed makes sense, and I assumed it must be something like this. The possibility that it was a typo also makes sense...I'm considering calling it a discharge chute. 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
