ohne weiteren Kontext über die allgemeine Anwendung, ist es schwer mehr zu sagen. Wärmerückgewinnung (heat recovery) ist eine Möglichkeit, es könnte auch der Name eines Pumpenherstellers sein, allerdings kenne ich keine Firma die so heisst.
Den Satz würde ich jedenfalls übersetzen mit:
