Explanation:
Having worked in a warehouse, I imagine this is what is meant. Not your common-or-garden domestic curtains, but curtains which weigh something like two or three kilograms per square metre, and are often of clear PVC, or a similar plastic. They have to be heavy, to resist the assaults on them by 44-ton lorries, and so do their suspensions - the actual "Anlagen".

Obviously, they are not part of the system itself, any more than the windows and doors are part of the central heating system in a house. These curtains are there to keep the warmth in (as far as possible), and the draughts and cold air out. So my suggestions stands. BTW, I think that should be \"Heizungs- UND Belüftungssystem\"?

In the end I went for "heated air curtains", as it appears to be more of a "Luftschleieranlage".
