German to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Engineering (general) / measurement technology
German term or phrase: angestammte Anbieter
"Generell kann man sagen, dass das Feldgeräteportfolio sozusagen „rund“ geworden ist, es gibt kaum noch Lücken bei den angestammten Anbietern. "

The literal translation of "angestammt" is ancestral, which is obviously not a suitable choice in this context. How about regular, traditional, usual? Do these words get the meaning across? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

In this case, I think that "angestammte Anbieter" refers to suppliers/providers that have been in the market/industry for a long time.
