German to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Investment / Securities
German term or phrase: wirtschaftlich / dinglich
From a German stock purchase agreement:

Die Übertragung der Aktien erfolgt *wirtschaftlich und dinglich* mit Wirkung zum Ablauf des letzten Tages des Kalendermonats...

Can someone confirm that the phrase in asterisks would be "beneficially and with effect in rem," i.e.

The shares are transferred *beneficially and with effect in rem* as of the end of the last day of the calendar month...

If that's wrong, what would the correct translation be?

Thanks in advance!

"from a financial point of view and..."
I would say; I don´t see how beneficially could be the best choice for wirtschaftlich here. Beneficially to whom? No, wirtschaftlich is a neutral word here and in that sense.

I still think financially or similar would work here
