This is a general query. I am having trouble making sense of this...it is part of a subparticipation agreement between two parties. Any suggestions for the whole sentence?

Soweit die ABC gemäß § 2 Ziffer 1 Zahlungen geleistet hat, wird XYZ etwaige Zahlungseingänge, die sie auf von der ABC entschädigte Forderungen erhält, deren Unterbeteiligungsquote entsprechend valutengerecht an die ABC weiterleiten.
