German to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / shares
Richard's point is surely that the singular of criteria is criterion, not criterium. I think we have a right to expect grammatically correct English even from non-native answerers, and that such standards should be upheld by answerers, tool.
The correct word is Aufnahmekriterien. The translation that fits into the document is acquisition criteria. Perhaps Richard Bernham would like to explain how he is going to have a bicycle race at the stock market while acquiring some stocks while meeting the acquisition criteria? This takes place in Frankfurt by the way. I would suggest Mr. Bernham withdraw his negative comment. I agree with Kim Metzger that the question as posed by me was a bit of a mess, but Swiss Tell helped me nevertheless and I did appreciate Jim Tucker's remark also.

the criterium to maintain position does no longer exist/apply
Explanation: something is not quite logical here: If the position is sold because of a given situation, it is not a question of AUFNAHME i.e. acquiring e.g. more stocks but rather of HAVING stocks and now intending to sell them off.
