German to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Abbreviations
German term or phrase: Z. u. H. Nr.
Appears at the top of a letter titled "Konzeptauskunft", and is followed by "Kontroll-Nr." and "Ihr Zeichen". The letter relates to the credit rating of a business. Unfortunatley, I don't have any more context to give.

Obviously "Nr" is "Nummer", but any suggestions as to what the abbreviation "Z. u. H." stands for, or how it can be translated??

Judging from their documentation, it is an internal company abbreviation (one example is the second reference document shows 'Normalauskunft' as the 'Z. u. H. Nr.'.

That should be 'in the second reference'.

Possibly 'Zubereitungs- und Handlungsnummer' (who knows?)

Ken, I never got a reply from the agency regarding this abbreviation, so I can only assume they didn't perceive it to be of great importance. Thanks anyway for your suggestions - however, the solution will have to remain a mystery for the time being!

Thanks too to Jonathan.

Best regards
Killian

Asker: Bad day - "request" - not erquest and "know" - not kniow.
