If so, then in the UK it is sold under the term "block chocolate" or "baking chocolate" in supermarkets ...

Ich habe jetzt noch mal im Internet recherchiert: Bruchschokolade ist billiger als normale Schokolade, also u.U. auch zur Weiterverarbeitung gedacht. Bruchschokolade ist ein "Abfallprodukt", waehrend Blockschokolade speziell fuer den Weiterverarbeitungsprozess produziert wird. Vielleicht hilft das ja bei der Entscheidungsfindung?

neutral  BrigitteHilgner: Ich glaube nicht, dass dies gemeint ist - schließlich ist von "dekorativer Einzelverpackung" die Rede. Es geht wohl um etwas, das wie Bruchstücke von Tafelschokolade aussieht und zum direkten Verzehr (nicht zur Verarbeitung) angeboten wird.

disagree  Martina Höppner (X): Bin wie Brigitte der Meinung, dass hier eher etwas in Richtung Pralinen gemeint ist. Blockschokolade ist in D zur Weiterverarbeitung gedacht (z.B. als Kuchenglasur). Das kann hier nicht gemeint sein.
