  -> Alas, I cannot answer your question "why 'semi'" I did not create the expression. Koschnik: Kompakt-Wörterbuch Marketing actually opts for "luxury goods" as a translation which in my opinion goes too far. Maybe the British don't know any Genussmittel? ;-)
