neutral  Textklick: I don't think consomme, as there is no meat involved OED: A strong broth or soup made by slowly boiling meat for a long time. Now esp. applied to clear soup. Added: Yeas - I'm sure your right Sue - I realsied the URL is a "Fertigsuppe"

  -> I beg to differ. In Austria an Eiermuschelsuppe is a meat broth (consommé or bouillon) with shell shaped noodles in it.
