Explanation:
UHT = "ultra-high(-)temperature" = "ultrahocherhitzt" is correct. A search engine query for "ultra-high temperature" yields hits for metals testing and electronics manufacturing but also many for food sterilization, especially for milk products and especially when botulism spores are a concern. UHT, HT, HTST and Parmalat processed are all varieties of Pasteurization, the sterilization of foods by means of high temperature treatment.

WHAT IS PARMALAT MILK?
"On the Internet, a consumer asked the members of the F&N specialist listserve to tell her some information about Parmalat Milk. This term may be new to you, but you may recall UHT milk or ultra-high temperature milk. These are all the same product. The ultra-high temperature process is a type of pasteurization treatment that heats the milk to 280 to 302 degrees F for one or two seconds. This is high enough and long enough to kill even botulism spores. The treated fluid milk is then packaged in boxes under sterile conditions (much like juice boxes). The finished packaged product is shelf-stable without refrigeration for 6-8 months. After that time a gelatin forms in the milk making it unacceptable. Parmalat milk is ideal for car emergency packs, camping trips, or for extra milk to keep handy when you can’t get to the store. The only problem is finding this product on the grocery shelf.
Sometimes you find it as a flavored milk product and not as white milk. It is also used for the military services, and is a very common product in the European market."


The 280 to 302 degrees F mentioned above is a type of super heating that can only be achieved under pressure because it is above the normal boiling temperature for milk at atmospheric pressure.

The only problem you have left now is the number of hyphens. In the results list from the Internet searches, nearly every possibility showed up, single words, two hyphens, you name it. In your translation, you are probably going to use the passive verb "processed" or "treated" with UHT as a modifier. NODE – The New Oxford Dictionary of English shows "ultra-high", so that is pretty safe but whether to insert a hyphen after "high" is not so clear. NODE shows most adjective compounds with "high" plus a hyphen. That would mean the version with two hyphens, "ultra-high-temperature processed" has considerable support. Webster's style guide says it is up to you.
