The "tarif" part refers to the "Tarifvertrag" or general labor contract. "Dispositiv" indicates resolution: the question is resolved by the contract (which is what TonyTK's example shows.)

The meaning here is that the 2-month time limit comes from the provision in the labor contract, not from federal law or any other authority.
