I'm not sure how to translate "meister", because I don't know if this is a diploma...This is a requirement for a vacancy in one of our sales points

Like master painter, master cabinetmaker, but here, 'senior specialist in high frequency technology' or better yet, 'Specialist holding M.S. in high frequency technology' is more apt. M.S. is a master of science degree, roughly equivalent to Diplomingenieur
