German to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Human Resources
German term or phrase:Meister in Hochfrequenztechnik
I'm not sure how to translate "meister", because I don't know if this is a diploma...This is a requirement for a vacancy in one of our sales points
Where will the vacancy noticed be published (i.e. where do you want to draw applicants from)? Are you looking specifically for someone with the German qualifications, or just for anyone with equivalent qualifications? See www.proz.com/kudoz/1034388

Master craftsman in high frequency technology
Explanation: Like master painter, master cabinetmaker, but here, 'senior specialist in high frequency technology' or better yet, 'Specialist holding M.S. in high frequency technology' is more apt. M.S. is a master of science degree, roughly equivalent to Diplomingenieur
