German term or phrase: übernommene Pensionsverpflichtung
In reference to a retirement fund: "wir haben den Teilwert für die Varianten der von Ihnen übernommene Pensionsverpflichtung ermittelt." I'm entering new territory with this text where words don't mean what they seem to mean. As I read this the person being addressed has accepted pension fund obligations. This sounds like someone running a company and taking care of his employee's pension funds. But this can't be. The person addressed here is the one receiving the pension.

assumed pension obligations
Explanation:
From first link:
For one thing, we've observed how European politicians, even supposedly conservative ones, have been behaving toward the budget-deficit requirements they imposed on themselves in the Maastricht agreement. To get within the numerical criteria, the Italians are taking their railroads off and on budget; the French government, in return for an infusion of funds this year, assumed pension obligations running into the far future. Governmental accounting, you see, simply counts formal government debt; it ignores unfunded governmental promises.

Your phrase reads:
"We have calculated the fractional value for the plan/scheme/version of pension obligations that you've assumed".

I think the company that manages the pension fund or has assumed the obligation to pay contributions to the pension fund is the addressee here.

just my "dva tsenta"

nur meine Gedanken...

Explanation:

HTH :-)
