German to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / Forderungsbetrag
German term or phrase:Forderungsbetrag nach Kündigung
From a contract:
Die Firma wird der (credit information company) auch Daten aufgrund nichtvertragsgemäßen Verhaltens (z.B. Forderungsbetrag nach Kündigung) übermitteln.
amounts outstanding/unpaid after closure of the account
Explanation: 'Forderungsbetrag' is any kind of outstanding debt and this phrase seems to occur mainly in connection with credit relationships, so I think 'Kündigung' here means closing/giving notice to terminate an account of some kind rather than employment termination. I'm not sure whether it's the account holder or the bank/lender who is implied to have given notice, but in any case the point is that people who leave amounts unsettled after an account in their name has been closed are obviously going to have that noted on their credit record
