Werden einzelne oder mehrere Abrufe eines Abschlusses aus Umständen nicht erfüllt, die der Verlag nicht zu vertreten hat, so hat der Auftraggeber, unbeschadet etwaiger weiterer Rechtspflichten, den Unterschied zwischen dem gewährten und dem der tatsächlichen Abnahme entsprechenden Nachlass dem Verlag zu erstatten.

As I'm understanding, this is referring to what would be referred to as a "call-off" order in a logistical context. However, in this advertising context, should one refer to it as a "call for publication" or something else? Not exactly sure of the specialist language...
