aus meiner langjährigen Praxis kenne ich "Gerichtstermin" nur so wie die einschlägigen Wörterbücher (Dietl, Romain) auch angeben - nicht court date, sondern:

(court) hearing, oder hearing date, oder day of hearing, oder
(bes. bei Strafverfahren) trial, trial date, day of trial
