Explanation:
I am by no means sure, but my first thought was that it might be "ausgewiesene Steuer" i.e. the tax (amount) stated on the credit note.

This would not necessarily mean that the author got it wrong, there are so many (regional and other) variations, it might just be a peculiar way of putting it.
