German to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / Bank loan contract
German term or phrase: Provisionen
"zuzüglich Zinsen, Provisionen, Spesen und Kosten (einschließlich aller Rechtsverfolgungskosten) zu zahlen, wenn Sie uns gleichzeitig schriftlich oder per Telex oder SWIFT bestätigen, dass der von uns jeweils geforderte Betrag entweder"

Provisionen has been translated as "provisions expenses" but "commission" seems to me better here - is the translators' choice correct?
