Gesellschafterstellung: Im Verhaeltnis zur Gesellschaft gilt im Falle einer Veraenderung in den Personen der Gesellschafter oder des Umfangs ihrer Beteiligung nur, were als solcher in der im Handelsregister aufgenommenen Gesellschafterliste eingetragen ist. Vorher kann der Erwerber seine Gesellschafterrechte gegenueber der Gesellschaft grundsaetzlich nicht wirksam ausueben.

Ich verstehe den ganzen ersten Satz nicht. I glaube was gesagt wird ist, dass der Erwerber zuerst in die Gesellschafterliste
beim Handelsregister eingetragen werden musss damit er seine Rechte ausueben kann. Aber der ganze Satz wie er steht macht einfach keinen Sinn fuer mich.

Wenn irgendjemand der Meinung ist, dass der 1.Satz des obigen Absatzes auch im Deutschen keine Sinn macht, lasst es mich bitte wissen, damit ich den Klienten kontaktieren kann. Wenn der Satz Sinn macht helft mir bitte auf die Spruenge.
