In my studies to become a chartered surveyor (ARICS) many moons ago we also learned that marketing-speak plays a significant role in selling/renting out properties. One of the things we were taught was to emphasise the views from the windows, whether the office/apartment caught the sun and other emotive aspects.
"Nach" something or other "hin gerichtet" would be seen as much too technical, dry and boring.
"With panoramic views of..." (High rise offices, penthouse apartments) "Overlooking the ..." (residential properties, premium office space) "Located in a quiet..." (particularly mews properties - residential, properties for architects, solicitors and other "professionals") "Located in a busy..." (retail) "Only minutes from..." (retail, residential) |
