Good morning Colleagues!

This is from a contract between a volunteer service and their project Partners.

g) Tritt der Freiwillige seinen Freiwilligendienst nicht an, so hat der Partner einen Anspruch auf das vereinbarte Entgelt für die ersten zwei Wochen. Weitere Ansprüche gegenüber XXX sind ausgeschlossen. Hat der Partner eine höhere Vorauszahlung von XXX erhalten, so muss er die Differenz erstatten; Ziff. 5 lit. d) gilt entsprechend.

As there are no numbers in the text, I am assuming that is some standard legalese. to clarify further, perhaps, here is paragraph d):

d) Der Partner verpflichtet sich, Preisänderungen mit einer Frist von 8 Wochen anzukündigen. Preise für bereits angenommene Bewerbungen dürfen nicht erhöht werden.

I understand that price changes are to be considered when the difference is being returned, but what is 5 lit.?
