Es handelt sich um eine "Bestätigung der Anzeige über den Verdacht der Urkundenunterdrückung eines Reisepasses und den Diebstahl eines Rucksacks", so der Titel des Dokuments.
Es folgen Angaben zu Zeitpunkt und Tag der Anzeigeerstattung, zur Anzeigerin, zur Geschädigten, zum Vorfallszeitpunkt und Vorfallsort. Entwedet wurde ein Reisepass und ein Rucksack. Beide werden in der Anzeigenbestätigung genau beschrieben.
