This in reference to a law concerning notaries, and the actions take place in Belgium. To make matters more complicated, this is originally a Dutch document translated into German that I am now translating into English. So the trick is to come up with something in German that may not exist in Germany (or the US)!

Is it a sort of (to use contractual terms) frame or boilerplate law?
