Beispiele für nicht zulässige Begehren: Es sei auf alle Bankkonti des Schuldners X in Y Arrest zu legen (es fehlt die Bezeichnung der Bank). Es sei auf alle sich im Ferienhaus des Schuldners X befindlichen Sachen Arrest zu legen (es fehlt die Bezeichnung der Gegenstände).
