Explanation:

"in Folge" could, depending on context, also mean "consequently" -

consequently decided as ready for sentencing

agree  AllegroTrans: how do you know that the Court is sentencing someone? Might this not be a civil case?
3 hrs

disagree  Johanna Timm, PhD: "Spruchreife" ist ein feststehender juristischer Terminus; "sentencing" - is this a criminal case?

Consequently definitive decided.

Explanation:
Pons English/German German/English expert dictionary defines "spruchreif" as something you can talk about, because it is definitive. "Beschlossen" is the verb form of Beschluss = decision. Since I didn't have a complete context I was just guessing that "in Folge" was meant as a consequence of something.

disagree  xxxhazmatgerman: Sorry but this sounds like GE words translated literally w/o much regard to context or grammar. The source text is a phrase that is in need of translation as a whole and which can not be made up by isolated words.
