Gesetz über die alternative Streitbeilegung in Verbrauchersachen

Greetings, everyone!

I am in desperate need of expert assistance with this one, as my research attempts proved fruitless - perhaps because I am almost finished with this assignment, which is due tomorrow, and running late with taking my ailing mum for a walk in the forest, which is why I just cannot focus any more...

I hope I will be forgiven for omitting to provide further context, as I believe that the term is self-explanatory and context would not really help. Do correct me, if my assumption is wrong.

My attempt:
German Act on Joinders in Pending Consumer Class Actions.

My reasoning:
I know that the (Austrian) term "Privatbeteiligtenanschluss" translates into "joinder in pending criminal proceedings".

My problem:
What I don't know is whether or not my construct would work here and/or whether there is an official, or generally accepted, translation.

TIA

German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act
Explanation:
According to BaFin (the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority):

"The German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz)1, which implements the European provisions of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Directive and sets new standards for independent, transparent arbitration proceedings, entered into force on 1 April 2016. "

I have just seen your actual phrase is "Verbraucherstreitbeteiligungsgesetz" - I'm presuming that's a misspelling and it should be "Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz"....?
