im übrigen werden die ausserordentlichen Kosten wettgeschlagen. - Does this mean that each party carries its own cost or that the cost will be split 50:50? TIA.

agree  davidgreen: so is that the same as "kosten werden gemeinsam aufgehoben" i think that's the way i've seen it before in docs from Germany
