See below Explanation: I'd go with the first answer (citing Romain). (A) The context in hundreds of Web sites under Sicherungsrecht[e] suggests this. (B) Insurance law is Versicherungsrecht; there are thousands of Web sites relating to this. (C) The Cornell Web site is a nice site (thanks for the pointer) but in English, and a simple search did not score a hit on Sicherungsrecht. |
