commissioning
Explanation:
The acquisition of the company representation ensues from the commissioning of xxx and xxx accepting it. By signing and accepting the commission the company representation is established.

The agreement, reached by the xxx acceptance of the commission, is valid for an undefinite time.

"approving a concession"

Explanation:

Explanation:
I wish I knew what xxx does! I may not have understood the position. Nevertheless, here are my suggestions for an ordinary commercial company:

To become an xxx representative you must place an order with xxx [which is accepted by xxx]. The signature of xxx on the order confirmation establishes your status as an xxx representative.

The Representative's Contract concluded with the acceptance of the order placed with xxx is valid for an indefinite period.

I would leave out the bit in sharp parentheses - why state the obvious? But then again, some people/companies insist on doing so.

- As you see, I have used the old trick of using fewer nouns than the German original.

I hope this is helpful.
