German to English translations [PRO]
German term or phrase: Saldoklausel
Saldoklausel is the heading.
The text under the heading reads: Mit Erfuellung dieser Konvention sind beide Ehegatten per saldo aller ehe-, scheidungs- und gueterrechtlichen Ansprueche auseinandergesetzt. Note: this is Swiss German. I am looking for a good American term: Final Settlement of all claims?

Equitable Settlement

Saldo - balance, Klause - clause : balance clause. A final settlement of divorce issues between two parties in a divorce would, hopefully be a balanced or equitable settlement.
