Law/Patents - Law (general)
German term or phrase: bestandskräftig
If possible, I'd really like a definition of "bestandskräftig," particularly as it relates to "rechtskräftig." The sentence I'm dealing with is: "Ergibt sich aufgrund einer rechtskräftig gerichtlichen Entscheidung, daß zu genehmigende Preise . . . bestandskräftig genehmigt werden, gelten die bestandskräftig genehmigten Preise im Unfang der rechtskräftigen gerichtlichen Entscheidung als vereinbart."

English translation:final and absolute
Explanation:
Romain's Dictionary of Legal and Commercial Terms says: "Bestandskraft - administrative finality; Bestandskraftklausel - finality clause; bestandskräftig, final and absolute."
