What does the abbreviation "b.b." stand for after a name? In a legal brief, there is a phrase that looks like this:

Beweis: Vernehmung von Herrn Stefan Schmidt, b.b.

The only other thing I know about Mr. Schmidt is that he is the "technischer Betriebsleiter" of one of the parties involved in the litigation.
